The Austrian Frederick and Lillian Kiesler Private Foundation owns all rights, title and interest in and to the names, likeliness and works of Frederick Kiesler.

Unless otherwise indicated, wherever appropriate beneath the item of the material.
Copyrights of third parties (works of other artists such as photographers), of material preserved in the Archive of the Kiesler Foundation must be cleared separately.
Furthermore, the Kiesler Foundation has to receive – automatically and at no extra cost – two copies of the relevant publication. This also includes unpublished scientific works. Electronic publications also have to be sent – automatically and at no extra cost – to the Kiesler Foundation.
Source Citation
In the case of publications from the archive’s holdings, the publisher is obliged to name the source “Austrian Frederick and Lillian Kiesler Private Foundation” (ÖFLKS or OeFLKS) and the corresponding inventory number.
